They provided us very thorough and upfront information, gave input and recommendations at every step of the way but were never pushy or demanding, and their service during the actual event was great. We had great food, great drinks, everyone loved having the choice of a seasonal mocktail in addition to the batched cocktails, and the team's hospitality was terrific. We will definitely use them again when we host!

They had us come in for a tasting a few months before and we were blown away by their assortment of options and their dedication to serving such yummy food. Elysian Catering was very pleasant to work with, and incredibly attentive to all our dietary needs, helping us make sure there was something everyone could eat for our passed hors d’oeuvres and buffet. They were even willing to make adjustments to their menu for our preferences and needs, like swapping dressings, or putting elements on the side instead of mixed in. I highly recommend them!

Not only is their communication timely, they knew all of the right questions to ask about our event so that they knew our vision. When they arrived onsite they had thought of every single detail- from utensils to the little name cards for each of the appetizers so we were not fielding dietary questions during the event.
