The coffee here is amazing, the banana muffin was a little dry but not bad in any way. I will be back when I'm in the area.

The best coffee shop in New Orleans (from my experience) when it comes to quality of the coffee, materials, and service. This needs to be top on your list for pour over, as they offer 5 or 6 options for beans and the flavors are truly impeccable. They also have their house-made syrups for all you latte people and drip options as well if you cannot stomach the $5 pour over. Add to that, the kitchen has some delightful and tasty options and you have a well-rounded café. The service is superb, as the baristas and kitchen staff are friendly, conversational, and still skilled when crafting their coffee. Do know, the kitchen closes at 1pm so you won’t be able to get a late lunch here.

I’ll give this 4.5 stars! Really good espresso — I liked how they carry both a single origin and a blend. I got a cappuccino and they definitely do a dry cappuccino, not the kind most third wave coffee shops serve. It was definitely too foamy for me, but the espresso itself was quite tasty and I could identify each of the tasting notes (I tried the single origin). The interior seating had a nice variety of options and a good mix of people studying and hanging out. It wasn’t hard to find free parking on the street. I enjoyed my visit!
