I arrived at the location, waited 15 minutes to served only to be told that the order was lost in the system and that I would have to wait 45 more minutes. I asked for the manager and she told the young lady that I needed to wait because she was cooking.. it's been 10 minutes and she has yet to come and acknowledge me. Terrible communication and service!
