  Do not go here if you are hungry. We walked in as a party of three at 9pm.... made eye contact with at least 4 waitresses while we waited at the host stand. Not one server, host or manger came to seat us or at least say... we close at 10. We can't take your order its too late. Don't worry. Buffalo Wikd Wings next door took great care of us!

  Got seated. Restraunt wasn’t even half full unfortunately we just couldn’t get served. After ten minutes we asked if the waitress was going to come take our drink order. Another five minutes and we had to simply walk out

  Disappointed in the Prime Rib. I found it chewy and actually a little difficult to cut. It WAS tasty, but the aforementioned issues detracted from the overall meal.

  We came here on an impulse because I was craving steak. Our waitress was Dorothy. She was amazing and very attentive. She has leadership skill and listening to her attend to the other tables, it was apparent that she was great at her job. We enjoyed our conversations with her as well. The appetizers and mixed drinks were very good, the only issue I had was that I asked for my steak to be well and it came medium. I didn't notice that until I got home because I got full from my salad and the appetizers. Other than this mishap, we would return again.

  Mushroom appetizer was delicious. Potato soup was good, not great. Shrimp were so-so. Everything else was terrible. Salad was old, bitter lettuce ( replaced with a second salad of old, bitter lettuce). Sweet potato and baked potato were cold. Not warm, literally cold to the touch. Butter and cheese on the potato wouldn’t even melt. Replacements were hot. We were told that they were fresh. So, does that mean the first ones were not fresh? When we complained, service went in the toilet. From then on, we got attitude. We didn’t screw up the food, shouldn’t she have been nice and try to correct it? The server said “let me get my manager” and the server never came back to the table. Manager was nice and removed some of the items from the bill- which was appreciated. However, we can afford to pay for the food. We just wanted decent quality food. At these prices, not too much to ask for. The screaming children didn’t help. And the floor was so slippery, I was concerned about safety. We were told that the floor ‘sweated’ when it was warm. I was not aware that floors had sweat glands. My sister just had knee surgery and was using a walker. We will never go back. Don’t waste your money on this place. Pathetic. Just got an email from a Monica Moore apologizing for the “mishaps” ( her word). A mishap is something that happens accidentally. Nothing about this was accidental.
