Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The french fries were cooked to perfection and had a nice crisp to them! I enjoyed the lettuce being chopped, not shredded. The service was great, more than I expected. Much to my surprise the manager on duty brought our order to the table. The dining area was clean and ready for customers. I am not a fan of fast food but this establishment in Lake Charles LA takes fast food to a higher level. I recommend this establishment for a fast, enjoyable meal. M by Elizabeth M.

The french fries broken half like a pencil and my iced coffee was filled a little over halfway, this is absolutely pathetic. None of the management was able to help me they could not help me place my order again to get the correct food and it’s taken over two hours just to get through the process which only got me to the point of my problem being sent up the ladder, which doesn’t help me at all.

We ordered Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits, and a Breakfast Sandwich with two Vanilla Iced Coffees. The coffee is DISGUSTING, the Chicken Biscuit didn’t have the correct chicken on it, and there was NO FRIES or TORTILLA SHELLS. Multiple people experienced our order and walked out or complained. Will not be here again. The cashier was also very sarcastic and rude, very slow too. She was also begging other customers to not leave a bad review.
