My order was already ready and sitting in the oven, yet when I politely asked the lady at the kitchen if my order was ready, she responded with a very bad attitude and told me, “Please bear with me,” and said that if the information in my email was wrong, then I had to follow what she was saying. The problem is — my food was already ready. Another staff member later came and handed me my order, which clearly proved that she was wrong. Instead of checking properly, she kept insisting and speaking rudely, as if I was the problem. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no respect for customers’ time. If the order is ready, staff should acknowledge it instead of arguing and showing attitude. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and really ruins the experience. I expect much better customer service from Pizza Hut.
