Since 1976, Casa Manana is honored to have you as our guests. We have been preparing only the freshest Mexican food for our guests.
Every morning we cook a batch of salsa and fry crisp tortilla chips. We marinate our fajitas for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the most tender product, and grill them to perfection! We base our business on “word-of-mouth”; therefore we take great pride in delivering award-winning quality and the highest standards around.

The family owned establishment has weathered the storm and again become a great place for family and friends . The food is great and the service impeccable. I had the enchilada dinner. The prickly pear margarita was refreshing.

Even though I was hungry, I could barely touch it. The chips served with the salsa were mostly broken pieces, like from the bottom of the bag. I liked the atmosphere, but did not like the food, at all.
