This time for the delivery was supposed to happen at 11:45. I called at 12:15 just for the person who answered to say the driver isn't in and they don't know when they'll arrive. They have access to stop taking online orders and place items in out of stock status, they've done it before. I've also had other pizza hut call if they are out of something or delivery issues but this one doesn't care about any of that.

I’m never coming back to this Pizza Hut location.

- DMDavid MillerSep 19, 20251.0Ordered delivery like normally do but after 1.5 hours of waiting I called only to be told they were backed up and it would still be another 15 to 20 minutes. Even in a major city it has never taken that long for a pizza delivery at dinner time. Food not even warm. Smaller European pizzerias with one cook that does hand made pizzas never took this long either. Glad this will be the last time for Pizza Hut but with this kind of service they probably won’t be in business much longer. Too many other options that care about their customers.
