I patiently waited, still at his window. He ignored the fact I'd not moved forward. He finally opened the window, only looking at me. He did not ask why I was still there. I advised I needed a receipt, then window closed, a few minutes later, he hands over the receipt. Never said a word. Then at the 2nd window, just dry. No hospitality. No customer service. I Should have known better....
