My fiancé and I got a kid free night which is very rare, and we decided to go to eat at Outback..other places had such a high wait time and this location did not, should’ve been a red flag from the start. When we arrived we were sat right away, As we sat we waited almost 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged, and it wasn’t even by “our waitress” it was the busser guy.. he honestly deserves 5 stars because he was taking care of us while our waitress “mckenzie” was way too worried about a birthday party that had already cashed out.. waited over an hour and half and still no food asked for it to go & that was when the busser packed it up for us.. and while also trying to get our ticket number so we can leave!! Because where was McKenzie? still chit chatting and carrying on with the party while she had at least 3 tables that were waiting on their food. If you have time to waste then please ask to see McKenzie

I went there for my Birthday dinner craving a steak. I ordered it Medium Well (Minor pink) and it came out medium. I sent it back and explained to the server and the manager that it was my fault for ordering it that way (because they never do it right) so I sent it back and had it made well done. I was seriously charged for both steaks. Great management. He even knew it was my birthday and didn’t seem to care one bit.

Probably longest line and wait time I have ever experienced at this chain. This appears to be a management problem. Food was fine, but suggest you go elsewhere unless you absolutely got to have the blooming onion.

Came here on Veterans Day for a “free meal” the waitress seemed to not understand the rules that were on their OWN website saying how active duty are able to get a free meal. The atmosphere is literally the worst I’ve experienced. Waiters/waitresses arguing and fighting with each other in the kitchen. Steaks cooked the wrong way. No utensils, no napkins, wrong drinks, and waited more than 45 mins for a damn check. The worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment and it’s a joke that they even have this place still standing.

Craving loaded baked potato for days. Decided to order from Uber eats. Lazy Sunday, didn't feel like driving. I searched specifically for a baked potato and a few places came up. I looked at those options and decided to go with outback, because I know I like their baked potatoes and salad. I had a bad experience with outback in Denver, (where I'm from) last year. It was a to go order. Our steaks were seared way too much and that whole layer on both steaks was too rough to cut through. Haven't had outback since, but I decided a different location might be okay. How can you really mess up baked potatoes and a salad? Lol. They figured out a way! Ordered them with everything on them and a side salad. Received my order, met my driver at valet. Looked in the bag, it was wide open and unsealed. I saw two foil wrapped baked potatoes in containers and a salad and some utensils. Figured everything was good so came up to my room. I started with the salad, it was good like usual. I opened up the baked potato container and unwrapped it. It was completely sealed. Not cut in half. No toppings. THEY DIDN'T INCLUDE THE TOPPINGS! THEY FORGOT THE PART THAT MAKES IT SO GOOD! WHO WANTS TO EAT A BAKED POTATO With ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON IT?! I am not eating them, so it was a complete waste of money. Uber eats said it doesn't qualify for a refund. I have so many issues with to go orders from restaurants I'm starting to wonder if it's a passive aggressive thing because we're not eating there and giving them tips, or if it's a way to deter people from ordering out. I mean is it really that hard to get an order right? I was recently in Vegas and ordered enchiladas through Uber eats. It was extra for chopped onion so I ordered them. Guess what was missing from my order? And it's strange but they actually refunded me for the missing onions but won't refund me for the missing toppings for the potato. It is more rare for my order to be correct, than it is for it to be incorrect. Maybe the people who do the orders are just incompetent, or maybe they just don't care. I travel a lot and when I'm staying somewhere, I don't have a way to cook, otherwise I would. I have to rely on others to prepare my food correctly. But it doesn't seem like they can be trusted to do that.
