  I went to Outback Steakhouse on Village Lane in Bossier City, Louisiana. The chicken and shrimp pasta was excellent. It was seasoned perfectly and hot. The waiter, Jake, was very attentive and professional. The manager, Daniel, made sure our dining experience was wonderful. I would recommend Outback Steakhouse to anyone who is wanting a great eating experience and awesome service. I will definitely return again because of the amazing service that was provided. Customer service is everything. Sharon

  Everything was absolutely amazing the food was wonderful and our server Jake was great and attentive. Thank you again Daniel for taking care of us and we greatly appreciate it. We were at the outback in Bossier city on village lane.

  Frittierte Zwiebel gibts keine bessere im Vergleich. Steak war auch gut und Salat ebenso. Abzüge gibts bei der Kartoffelsuppe (kein Geschmack ohne Bacon) und den Pommes (labrig). Service super und Ambiente könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Tisch war ebenso etwas am kleben.

  Today, I went to eat an early supper at Outback in Bossier City. While the food there is usually quite good, I did not even get to taste any there today. What happened? I was assigned to obscure spot in the restaurant and was told a server would come and take my order. This obviously did not happen ; I was forgotten about, and no server ever showed up. Therefore, I went to the front, and told the receiving staff, I had not been served, or noticed and was leaving. Outback Restaurant in Bossier..shame on you. Your staff is not very good, and is more content is sitting around, looking at their Iphones.

  We are currently sitting at Outback on Village Lane. I got here first at 11:00am to beat the crowd, well that now makes me laugh. The young man serving me was overloaded with multiple sections. The remaining 2 in my party joined me at 11:30. Well, we ordered drinks and our meals fairly quickly. We got salad and a soup, and 45 minutes later my and another party’s first steak arrived. Yep, first. I asked for medium and so did he, and we received burnt charcoal and uncooked asparagus. I politely asked to recook. I was trying to be understanding, but then I noticed my server was actively avoiding my table. Another 30 minutes later no food yet. I finally get another steak, and it was burnt worse than my first. I finally gave up. My party cancelled his replacement meal because they still haven’t delivered it to him. It’s now 1:25, and we are JUST NOW leaving after waiting for a manager to bother with removing the burnt food from our tickets. Seriously this was beyond pitiful. Disappointing service, and food was terrible. Will not be returning. 😑
