I think it's a requirement to be able to work here you have to not say a word throughout the whole transaction, then when the customers says "thank you" you have to close the window without saying a word. This isn't just one time this is damn near EVERY time in the drive thru. The first person is playing on their phone when you pull up, and at the second window they hand the food out without talking and half the time its gonna be wrong. But the fries are good though. Lol

The culture of people who take fast food jobs and come to work, expecting NOT to work just baffles me! I ordered thru the app (around 10:30p)and got to the drive thru and after waiting about 3 mins, I drove up to the window, where I find a young lady with her headset on. So I can only guess she was INTENTIONALLY avoiding service. When I told her about my mobile order she seemingly reluctantly walked to prepare it. Then I over heard her talking about being upset at customers ordering specific items and indicating that she was going to go take a lunch. It took everything I had not to give her some words. But Management, please check on your night shift. It is struggling! I'm visiting the area, thankfully, I don't have to come back to this store again.
