I knew they'd forget it... sure enough they did. I finished my food and went the counter to get my forgotten drink. It would be more efficient if errors like this weren't made and employees don't have to stop what they're doing, backing up the line and drive thru, to do something they should have already done. Get it together.

She was friendly, asked how our day was going, we had a nice conversation, she handed me my coffee, wished us a blessed day, we returned the blessing and left with a smile on our face. We will come back to this McDonalds next time we are in town.
