I waited 15 minutes on 2 quarter pounder deluxes with fries only to find out that my food was probably given to someone else. Then I waited another 30 minutes to get my actual food after which I wanted a refund. The manager got an attitude with me after that like they weren't in the wrong. I was just stopping on my way to Texas for some quick food but never again will I stop here.

I will NEVER be back here again. I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 5. Then the so called manager for that day had a VERY nasty attitude with me when I asked for some Kingfisher of compensation. She JERKED my credit card from me and dam near wanted to drop it giving it back.

They had people pulled up on the reserve lanes and not helping them either. I even placed a mobile order. Probably they didn’t even look at those till the end. Wow. Horrible
