    This makes the third time we have been in the outside lane for service. Fours cars went thru the first lane while the truck still sat there in front of us in outside lane. We pulled out for the last time and will NOT be back as the truck in front of us hadn’t figured it out. I had also seen were other ppl experiencing the same issue as we have on FB. Loyal customer done!!

    I ordered a kids meal and asked for apple slices got 2 fries instead asked for 40 chicken nuggets got 20 p apparently they can't handle 2 drive thru but they replaced everything everything good thanks

    Management is having a meeting taking up most of the dining room, but they also brought their kids and they're all running around the lobby and shouting? It's the middle of lunch and a snow day, super busy. Like, can't you at least do that in the back or in the play place?

    The fries were cold and oily and my double quarter pounder was very cold it was clearly old meat. I tried to talk to the person that finally waited on me at the counter and they just kept looking down at their phone so I threw the food in the trash and left

    The fact that every single time I order a happy meal for my kids there's barely any fries in it is ridiculous. You think you're feeding your kids, but you're not. I got a happy meal for my 1 year old today and there wasn't even enough to feed him. There were 5 fries in 1 container and then even if you added them together they didn't fill up even just one. And it's sad that it doesn't really take alot to feed a 1 year old yet there still wasn't even enough for him. I called about this and all that was said is that he would tell the other managers, I don't think the guy was even a manager even though I specifically asked for one. I don't typically complain about fast food places but I have had to say something about this multiple times and feel bad every single time I even have to say anything. There's a girl who typically works the drive thru taking orders that is absolutely wonderful and she's usually the one who takes my orders, so the stars I did give are for her.
