- KWKatie WardNov 12, 20251.0Went here at 9pm on a Wednesday night, completely dead besides 1 other car than me, ordered a 20 piece, 2 double cheese, 2 mc chickens, and a basket of fries. The double cheeseburgers were old and the bread was so stale it crumbled in my hands. Now despite that we still chose to eat bc we were hungry and late, then my husband received a burger that had a workers HAIR in it, mind you they weren’t even wearing hats, and the fries were so old you could literally taste the staleness and old McDonald’s air. So my husband calls, asks them why there is hair in his food and guess what? They hung up lmfao. You literally can’t make this up, absolutely ridiculous and the WORST customer service I’ve had in my whole 25 years being on this earth. Get it together yall. (Pictures posted besides hair pic bc it was literally in my husbands mouth!)
