    Ok...my family loves McD's and hasn't had it in a pretty long time. So, today was supposed to be a treat. I always use the app to have deals and such so that is what I tried to do today. I paid, the transaction went through, my bank was charged...then, I got to the drive thru and that is where it all went downhill. I gave my app code and the voice says, "I'm sorry your order didn't process...it happens sometimes. You'll have to cancel your order on the app and I'll just take your order." I told them I used a deal and asked if I could still have the deal because it was 50% off! He said he'd have to get someone, but he'll go ahead and take my order. I ended up just ordering all happy meals and some cheeseburgers to get through the line (I originally ordered me a Big Arch meal because it was new to me.) I got to the window and he told me it would be $35.30...on the app I only paid $20 and change. I get nervous when I'm put on the spot, so I paid. I also told him that 3 of the 4 happy meals had extra fries and one had fries and apples. He said ok. I get to the next window and get the food and drinks and drive home. I don't like making people behind me wait, so I don't check the bags until I get home. ALL the meals have fries and apples. NONE of the meals have sauces (all nugget meals.) AND NO STRAWS for the drinks!!!! And whatever happened to them trying to give the kids different toys? When I worked at McDonald's, many moons ago, we would try to give a variety of their were multiple kids. Who wants 4 of the same thing??? I am very disappointed, to say the least. McDonald's used to be a colorful and happy place and now it is a small, gray box of disappointment.😡

    Unless you have your exact info from your receipt, you can't contact McD to tell them they screwed up, so I will just post a review. The tag on my burger starts with the word BACON, but that isn't on the burger. Sucks when you are at home and you don't have what you paid for. I will sit in the drive-thru from now on and make sure EVERY item in my order is correct even if they are in middle of lunch rush and the line is to the street. I paid for it and I wanted it.

    Employees arent very friendly. The food was a little less than meteocre. I had gotten a sausage biscuit and the sausage was very chewy. I couldnt finish my sandwich.
