  Facility caters more to drive thru. It took 30 minutes to get an order inside. Sometimes you enjoy going nside

  More times than not there is not napkins or ketchup in the back. The employees act over worked. Maybe give them an extra day off so they are friendly.

  Usually, the food quality is good. I've been living in Prestonsburg for about two months now and vastly prefer this location over the other one. The staff at this location are a bit more amicable, at the very least. I've had two issues in the past week or so. The first was when I bought a 20 piece and they were like mush, as if the oil hadn't been changed in a fortnight. The second issue was today for breakfast I ordered four sausage mcmuffins, well done with a large coke. I paid for four of them. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I got home but what can you even do? I ended up just eating the three I did have instead of going back up there to fight with them. Moving forward I'll be checking my food thoroughly before pulling away from the pickup window. And this isn't to say anything bad about the people there, I get that were all human and make mistakes, but I am still a bit disappointed nonetheless.

  They have hard of hearing employees, stopped 48 hours ago for breakfast and the two sandwiches I ordered where like eating frozen food, so breakfast went to the trash when I got to my appointment! Next time I want breakfast in the go, I'll stop in at Double Quick instead.
