- KRk. rDec 26, 20251.0sat for 20+ minutes for a mccrispy meal and 4 chicken strips. pulled to the drive thru parking space to wait for it. other cars were given food before us. lady came out 30 mins later with our food, and no drink. we asked her to get it, and she said she would go and bring it back out. 10 more minutes pass and no drink, but she brings more food out. we asked about the drink, and she said her manager won’t give her a drink that we PAID for. we had to go back around in line to speak with a manager over and his excuse? he has new people. this is not how a business should be ran, and as someone who also works in the service industry, you have got to be more efficient. be it drink, food, snack, whatever— you give the customers what they paid for. we had a horrible experience tonight, and i won’t be returning. get better managers, servers, cooks etc, and maybe you’d have a better rating

Ordered a double quarter meal, they pulled me up to the third window and I sat there for 25 minutes until I walked inside and then took 5 minutes just to get someone to talk to me. The lady laughed saying they probably gave my order to someone else. Was a 30 minute ordeal. This happens at this location consistently. Other McDonald's i can order same thing even when its busy and get my food in under 10 minutes. Owners need to clean house and hire people who know what they're doing.
