    Ordered 2lrg Frapp'e with crushed oreos in both of them. No oreos in nether one, one was only half way full. Asked for them to remake the order and they handed us the same 2 frappe with maybe 4 crumbs on top and lied straight to my face saying they were remade. Worst store ever. Highly recommend nobody to waste your money or your time with this store.

    Double zeros … Just an FYI- stopped at McDonald’s on the bypass in Nicholasville.. might wanna avoid at all costs .. We saw the drive through was super long so we went in to try to make it faster .. workers literally served only drive through.. while dining room waited … I sat at our table and watched 15 cars go through the line .. after 30 min I walked to the front and hollered to the back and asked if I could have help with a refund (since no one works the counter anymore ).. A blonde girl snapped around and said “you see us working as fast as we can!” And rolled her eyes .. I told I did but I wanted a refund because I had somewhere to be and didn’t want to wait any longer .. she taunted me by laughing at her coworker that I wanted a refund.. I told her she could hush her smart mouth and I have the right to not wait 30 min or longer for 4 cheese burgers …she accused me of telling her to shut up and bucked up like she was gonna come at me 🤔 Long story short - this McDonald’s is terrible and she will never go much further than behind that counter with her nametag clipped to her hat if she can’t learn BASIC customer service …
