  I don’t believe there’s a better franchise owner than we have here in Murray Kentucky. Getting out of the old restaurant and moving into this new space was the best thing that ever happened. Clean new machines, and concentrating on making the best pizzas in town. Every single pizza that I’ve ordered these last 4-5 years have been nothing but perfection. The ingredients are fresh and always baked just right. The awards on the wall say it all, “best franchise owner” serving the best pizza!

  We ordered delivery tonight online, I picked a drink the store did not have, they tried calling me 3 times, I missed the calls 😬. When our delivery driver showed up he brought one of each of their drinks so I could choose. Thats amazing customer service. Im blown away. Great Job and the pizza was amazing

  I just want to brag on this store. A few weeks ago I ordered carryout during the big 6-7 deal. The store was packed, it was chaos, but each worker was so respectful towards customers and each other. I was so impressed by how you could tell they were busy, but didn't let it show. I just ordered again online, and thought I had messed the order up so I called. I didn't get the name of the gentleman I spoke with, but he was so kind and respectful. Pizza is always hot and delicious. I'll only be ordering from Murray Pizza Hut from now on. I can tell you all have a great team!

  The food was great the service was OK but needs a little work in my opinion. Our server seemed new which is all good but she was also training a girl so I'm really not sure how someone who is new to their job is training someone else lol. We got our appetizer and we didn't have any silverware which I'm assuming was the host job as it typically is in most restaurants. I asked the host for some silverware because the server was busy and they gave me some sets of forks with some of them having knives and some not as well as not being rolled at all and I don't just mean not rolled but like imagine you took a napkin and crumpled it up around a fork that's what it was like. I also asked the host for some napkins since my server was busy and they said "we don't have any"... Interesting. As someone who has served in restaurant for a few years it seems that it's not the workers fault but whoever is managing the restaurant and training them is setting them up for failure and bad tips. The breakfast burger is great tho.
