- BBBJNov 12, 20251.0This place is messed up! I made an order at the kiosk last night. The place was busy so I waited in line for a kiosk probably 5 minutes. Made my order and payed for it. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt but it payment obviously went through, because it said thank you for your purchase etc. I waited in line to pick up for at least 20 minutes and never did get my food. Finally a worker nicely came up to me and asked what I had ordered. I told her and she went off and talked to a manager or someone. Meanwhile I m sure I watched another worker take my order, or at least one with the same drinks ( latte and a frappe) out to someone waiting outside. The “manager” then came and asked me again what I had ordered and I told him. He then said “did you actually pay for it? “I tried to tell him I did but it was obvious he didn’t believe me. I waited some more but finally just left. Had to listen to my 2 year old cry because she didn’t have her chicken nuggets and French fries. Other places to get food that will admit to making mistakes and will take some customer care/ wait times into consideration.
