- BBBJNov 12, 20251.0This place is messed up! I made an order at the kiosk last night. The place was busy so I waited in line for a kiosk probably 5 minutes. Made my order and payed for it. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt but the payment obviously went through, because it said thank you for your purchase etc. I waited in line to pick up for at least 20 minutes and never did get my food. Finally a worker nicely came up to me and asked what I had ordered. I told her and she went off and talked to a manager or someone. Meanwhile I m sure I watched another worker take my order, or at least one with the same drinks ( latte and a frappe) out to someone waiting outside. The “manager” then came and asked me again what I had ordered and I told him. He then said “did you actually pay for it? “I tried to tell him I did but it was obvious he didn’t believe me. I waited some more but finally just left. Had to listen to my 2 year old cry because she didn’t have her chicken nuggets and French fries. There’s it her places to get food that will admit to making mistakes and will take some customer care/ wait times into consideration.
