Ordered pan crust and it came out super doughy and quite unlike any pan crust I've ever had, but the manager remade it after requesting i come to the register versus them attending my table....unprofessional but whatever. I'm used to a privately owned pizza hut in Georgetown Ohio and I can say without doubt this franchise doesn't hold a candle to it, not in quality, service, cleanliness, options or otherwise.
