    I've ordered food from McDonald's in Marion Kentucky before for many years and they been doing good but know for last two or three months they've been given me the wrong order when I go and order food from a restaurant I want what I ordered not something you want me to it please do your job right or I and some other people said we will never go back to McDonald's and I know other people feel the same way as us

    Last 2 times I went there.Bad service.I ordered a large fry last time.I went and it was halfway full i should have complained but didn't it was still good but they were rude so Im never going there again 2 strikes they out

    Wow September 11th 2025 was a horrible experience there! We waited over 20 minutes for our food and I had to go in and get it. It was a absolute mess. I've never seen this McDonald's in this shape ever. Food was wrong they were not even busy At all. Mgr was acting very strange and couldn't remember how to count the money. I know Trudy Jones would have never let this place go like this ever.
