Order was incomplete after running through the drive through. My wife went inside to fix the order. Older blonde lady at the counter was incredibly rude. Not just to her but the gentleman in front of us who only had a single shrimp in his box who was trying to fix his order as well.
She has 0 customer service skills, struggled to maintain any sort of composure as the moment my wife turned away the woman immediately started spouting off insults thinking my wife didn't hear her.
Crazy how one person can ruin the entire experience. I hope she finds a therapist and some lash glue.

The young lady at the counter made sure I placed my order before opening the door for the bathroom. I will say that it was very clean. My food was fresh and hot. I will try it again if I am in that area of the city.

Ordered a #10 and added 3 shrimp. On the screen there were 2 orders and girl said oh I have to delete that and then she asked for our order AGAIN. She FINALLY had it right on screen so we moved on and paid for it. The wait was LONG-over 20 mins with only 2 cars in front of us with not big bag orders...anyway when got order that was repeated right again i opened up bag and instead of 3 shrimp there was a piece of chicken so I had to get OUT OF MY CAR AND GO IN AS LINE WAS AT FRONT OF RESTAURANT NOW. I told them what we ordered and asked if I can switch out the shrimp for the chicken. I was told no as the shrimp was more and each piece needed to be accounted for by the manager. I told them that I understand but for customer service they messed up my order plus I had to park and get out of my car and now wait on 3 shrimp...OMG!! PLUS I had to BACK to car to get money for the 90c difference as I had no money on me. I told manager the above and she said it was my fault as receipt said chicken and I said no it was put in wrong and reiterated about screen had to be updated and vocally girl told us 3 shrimp to be added. SO FRUSTRATED!! I told her that since it was an inconvenience that I shouldnt have to pay that 90c extra. She insisted that I was wrong bc receipt was was I got and I was given the money back for the chicken and I had to go BACK to car to get $1 to pay toward order since shrimp cost more. Asked how long I had to wait and was told 3 min. I told her for my inconvenience she could at least comp me a drink. She rolled her eyes and said I guess I could do that and then walked away--- wth-- had to ask for a cup...by then my other food was getting cooler. So the recipt was diff than what was quoted to us even at window...we just took the receipt as she said #10 and 3 shrimp. I just got a glass of ice and told her thank you..FINALLY got back to car and went eat the slaw and NO UTENSILS!! I WAS FUMING BY THIS TIME..IF I went back in I know the conversation would not have been nice. So I ate the slaw by turning cup up and using my finger to get it out the cup. My food was lukewarm at this point...I know they probably threw the chicken away...didnt want chicken but why not just give it back as it's left the store plus if you can comp a drink that cost more than the 90c difference And the girl at Mike messed up and at window repeated it correct...and now MY FOOD IS NOT HOT AND NO UTENSIL FOR MY SLAW....THIS WAS A HOT MESS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There is NO LJS near us and this was a treat for dinner on 9/11 around 5:30...smh...YOU need to do better.. its the principle surrounding our visit..

I visited this Long John Silver’s and had a good experience overall. The seafood was fresh and cooked well, and the sides were flavorful and served hot. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which made the experience feel a bit slow. Aside from that, everything else was very good and I would definitely return to this location.
