I went to Bravo’s Italian Restaurant and the hostess, Cadence, gave me one of the worst front-door experiences I’ve ever had because we were stuck waiting forever while I stared at multiple empty tables just sitting there and instead of doing anything helpful she kept repeating this ridiculous “I have to follow my sections” line like a broken record even though it was obvious she had no clue what she was doing and on top of that her attitude was unbelievably rude, short, and dismissive to the point where it felt like she genuinely didn’t care about any guest in that lobby and the whole situation was such a mess that it honestly made me feel like she should be fired ASAP because no restaurant should have someone that unprofessional representing them at the front door and the longer we stood there the more obvious it became that she wasn’t interested in helping anyone, wasn’t organized, and wasn’t even trying to make the wait reasonable or at least polite. And this happened 11/15 at dinner time it was insane unacceptable

Here for 30 minutes and no server has asked us for drinks or asked us any questions. Poor service and will never be back.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but my visit on Friday 11/14 for dinner to Bravos Italian Restaurant was frustrating from the moment I walked in. The main issue was the hostess. She seemed completely uninterested in her job — no greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment that customers were even standing there waiting. When she finally looked up, her tone was dismissive, almost like we were bothering her by showing up. We were left standing at the front for way too long even though there were plenty of open tables. Instead of communicating or giving an estimated wait time, she just walked away without saying a word. It set a terrible tone for the entire visit. Bravos might have decent food, but the hostess is the first impression of the restaurant, and ours was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and honestly just rude. Management really needs to address this, because it completely ruined our experience.

Would like to say thank you to Dino and Steven for your outstanding service while honoring my veteran friend and I during Veterans Day. I highly recommend visiting and eating here.

About a week ago, me and my husband met our friends. We just moved to Louisville and they took us here. It was a Saturday night, very busy but the hostess was very sweet. Offered me a chair to sit. (I’m not getting any younger) our waiter was very nice and professional. I forgot his name but he has a red beard and was training another young man. Im a very picky eater but our waiter said he would talk to the chef and make sure it’s how I want it. He was very knowledgeable about bourbon and wines plus My husband liked him a lot. Food was delicious and made exactly how I ordered it, cocktails were fast and service was wonderful. Will be back later.
