Literally no wait times and half the time the food was hanging out of the window before I could pull around the drive through. Of course all of that was before, now it's terrible. We ordered 3 cheese burgers a small fry and a large fry. We pulled through the drive through and ordered at the box, pretty quick and easy. The line was slow moving but not the worst. Got to the window, got our drinks and was pulled up but not given a reason why. We assumed it was for fresh fries which no one would complain about. Well, after a 15 minute wait, our food was finally brought out... Cold fries, cold burgers... This is the first order I have had with McDonald's in over a year because of this reason and was reminded why I don't order from this McDonald's. This McDonald's hasn't run great since Martha sold them, George did fine but the new management is awful. Skip the Kassleman McDonald's or better yet, save the drive and hit up Wendys or BK or DQ if you want a burger and fries.
