    How do you sell McRibs with BBQ sauce on them. I get some people ask for it that way. But if it’s ordered like it’s supposed to be ordered then it should have sauce on it.

    I ordered in the drive through. McChicken and Cheeseburger. Total $5.01. That's not the issue... Could hardly understand person on the speaker and had to ask a couple times to repeat. Pulled to window they opened the window with no "hello", etc. Just $5.01. I gave them $10.01. They opened window and handed me my change without saying a word. I said, "Thank you"...(no response).. I said, "Thank you"...(No response)... I tapped on the window and when they opened it I again said "Thank you". They replied, "Yeah".... It's terrible that this is what qualifies as satisfactory customer service now...

    Just stopped going there food is awful fries are cold Cashier does not know how to talk to people and think that we owe them something. I chose your place of business and I expect to be treated like I was a customer since I don’t get treated like that I would no longer participate or go to McDonald’s and buy anything not even a solo no thank you
