This particular location has had a rep from good to bad on and off throughout the years. I guess it really just depends on the management they have at the time. Crappy management, crappy store. The restaurant is always empty and the staff spends their time talking on the phone and does not pay attention... They are supposed to be fast and efficient... Definitely if they do not change the staff or train them better they will continue to lose customers... I have bought in the store... I have ordered to go... I have eaten in the store and alllll the service is bad...
