  The food was not bad. It was pretty on par for McDonald’s. However the person I was with and myself put in a mobile order for the drive through. They had our order at the menu speaker and also at the first window but somehow between the 1st & 2nd window our order was lost. It no longer showed up on their screen and they had no idea who we were or what we wanted. We proceeded to repeat our order when asked (about 8 times) and they finally remade it. I get it. Sometimes things happen especially with multiple people preparing the same thing. Idk if this was a one time deal or something they have issues with. Just a heads up.

  I’ve lived near this location for over 2 years, I don’t think I’ve ever been there and not been asked to pull forward, no matter if there’s 10 cars ahead of me, or I’m the only one and the wait is anywhere between 10-20 minutes typically. Service is consistently the worst of any McDonald’s in the state. And even after being asked to pull forward every single time, the order is only correct about half the time. This place is genuinely awful, as are most McTribe locations. Avoid if possible

  Worst McDonald’s ever! I waited (this time) 8 minutes for drinks while the food is getting cold! It’s always something at this location! 🙃

  Went through the drive through and ordered a quarter pounder plain with no cheese (lactose intolerant) and the lady even clarified "no cheese? just meat and bun?" to which i said yes. i waited, got all the way home, and sure enough it had 2 slices of cheese even though the box said no cheese. i decided to drive all the way back and the staff inside seemed clueless. back by the kitchen there was a younger man trying to teach an older lady something in spanish and when the guy running the fries finally saw me and took it over to them it was like a 5 mjnute conversation before the cook peeked through and also started speaking spanish. 10 minutes after i walked in i was finally given the correct sandwich and they guy said "you wanna check it again". very rude staff. very bad service. im sick of these "mctribe" chains. they employ people with no training, they never clean their facilities, and they never change.
