At least 3 employees walked past me, not one told me that I HAVE to use the kiosk to place my order. After I finally got my 1 frappe order placed (at this point, I had been there 10-12 minutes), I waited and waited and waited for my order. I finally asked if my order had been lost. A lady said, "I'm working on it now". I honestly do not think anyone was or would have been "working on" my order. I was there a total for 25-30 minutes. I would understand if they were swamped with customers, but it was just me and 1 other customer inside, he also had to ask about his order. They were definitely not short staffed. From my observation.....It seemed they only cared about the drive thru orders. I usually go thru the drive thru, where I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes. Life lesson #968....never go inside to order again!
