- MFMyDragon FlySep 22, 20251.0Stopped at this location this past Saturday September 20th 2025 at about 9 am. Whoever the shift lead / manager was, she was extremely rude. They put a sign on their lobby door saying that their lobby was closed (I did not see the sign and the door was unlocked) I only wanted to use the restroom, and behind me a few more people came in wanting to order food. Whoever the lead was in the back was shouting over the counter out of saying for us to "go read the sign, the lobby is closed" over and over again. I've worked in customer service, at fast food restaurants and at travel centers, I know good customer service whenever I see it, I know how to give good customer service, this lady was extremely rude, would not even make eye contact with anybody, she was just yelling over the counter telling us to go read the sign on the door. A couple of the other customers that were with me in the lobby asked her if they could go ahead and order and take their food to go rather than using the lobby, and she just ignored them. The only person who was clearly communicating with us, in a mannerly way, was the maintenance guy who was sweeping the floors in the lobby. He was kind and was actually trying to ask the shift lead/manager questions for us but she was ignoring him as well. I'm in Danville at least a few times out of the week, I have gotten food from this McDonald's location before, after that experience I have decided I will no longer give them business.
