I do want to mention one concern I’ve noticed during several visits. Some of the employees preparing the pizzas have long hair that isn’t covered. Because they move around a lot while making the pizzas, tying hair back alone doesn’t fully prevent it from falling forward. For a busy kitchen environment, it would feel much more hygienic and professional if all employees wore proper hair coverings, such as hairnets or kitchen caps.
