Went there for Thanksgiving and was very disappointed in the food, service, and restaurant policy. With 3 adults and 1 child, the $50 deposit for a reservation seemed excessive, and the automatic 20% tip on the bill was surprising for a buffet. The lack of refills was also noticeable. After the drinks were served, we hardly saw the waiter again, which was frustrating. When I brought this to the attention of management, they didn't seem to care. Definitely wouldn't go back.

Horrible! This used to be a class place when I was a kid… I don’t think it’ll ever be able to make a comeback. Worst NYE dinner plans. Get they’re a half an hour early for them to say our reservations aren’t guaranteed… Still was totally cool and calm about it. They do not have a bar! Have to go back down to the first floor to the bar with a little old lady who’s been there since 1977, she expressed she was over Worked and under staff,… There was only one other couple at the bar. Got called back up to our seats. Already out of shrimp cocktail and it’s not even 8 yet. The host had rottened out teeth in named to say. Hillbilly heaven…only 4 different dinner opinions and food was less the ok! Service from waitress were good. I can see why they have add a 25% gratuity fee.. Hard to tip someone who’s serving you bad food.
Won’t be back! I most unimpressed that the restaurant does not have a bar!

The food Was amazing it was Scrumptious but the atmosphere I would say they could actually clean the carpet so they do not have a bad smell when we enter the restaurant. Also, I feel the person who welcome us into the restaurant could have been well dressed and nice and pleasant. The person who was making us sit also can be nice and pleasant and dress properly to elevate the whole experience of the restaurant. The food there is no doubt it was amazing. also, the view was really good. Please make sure that the place melts good. The carpet needs a steam vacuum so that it doesn’t smell like a old place.

I recently visited the restaurant during my stay at the hotel, and while the concept is definitely cool and unique, the motion unfortunately made me nauseous pretty quickly so my stay was short. I did order a drink while I was there.. I tried their tower margarita first and really didn’t care for it at all. The juice was entirely too thick and wasn’t enjoyable. I ended up switching to my usual tequila and lemonade, which was MUCH better and definitely more drinkable.
Since I didn’t stay long, I didn’t get a chance to try the food, so I can’t speak on that. Overall, it’s a fun experience for the views and the novelty, but if you get motion sickness easily or are sensitive to movement, keep that in mind.
I also want to highlight that my waitress was incredibly accommodating and helpful once I started feeling unwell. She was patient, kind, and really tried to make sure I was comfortable, which I appreciated.

Came here for dinner not busy at all. The food was good but service was terrible. Got sat waited over 15 min to order our drinks. Then ordered our appetizers, didn’t see the waitress until way after we were finished the appetizer. Then proceeded to ask if we were ready to order even though she knew we were ready to order when we ordered apps. We then got our dinner and the waitress disappeared we ran out of drink in middle of eating dinner with no waitress or waiter anywhere around . 20 ish minutes after we finished eating we finally saw our waitress. Not to mention getting the wrong checks then getting right check and waiting forever . First time there and will definitely be the last time there.
