So disappointed, took my niece and nephews trick or treat coupons. They refused to honor the coupons to start. Then main manager stepped 8n and said to honor them , so food all bagged except for the ice creams in cups that they refused to put 8n a bag or carrier. I tried to carry it all however they fell to the floor. The shift manager needs some training. I will be reaching out to address this.

Frappe machine is always down, every time I ask I’m greeted with a rude attitude, ordered 5 things, 2 Mc chickens, 1 burgers a fry and a ten piece and sat at the window for over 15 mins. This is mostly the shift the works past midnight. Everytime I stop here it’s slow, food is old and the buns aren’t always toasted. 1/10 would rather eat saw dust

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s that I ever have been to The wait times are always long 30+ minutes almost daily. I’ve tried coming back to give him a chance cause I know that people have their days but this is a consistent thing all the time employees acting like they don’t even wanna be there. Can’t tell you how many times you drive by there and the line is wrapped all the way out to the main street where people have to drive around just to safely drive on the road. I do believe this will be my last time going to this location, and I sure hope that somebody up in corporate really comes down and handles the things that need to be taken care of because it’s ridiculous. I get with fast food. You won’t get your orders in two minutes like they used to always strive for, but nobody should have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for fast food. There ain’t nothing fast about that. Most of us are only given an hour lunch. How are we supposed to eat our food when it takes 40 minutes to get it For the price you have to pay It’s just not worth it anymore. They need to come down and clean house if these people don’t wanna come to work to work and go home or find another job, but don’t make your customer suffer because of it.

Every Sunday morning, the line of cars for the drive-thru are backed up into the road, so I go inside to order, and it's always way understaffed for the amount of customers theat need to be served. It's always a long wait, even if I go inside.
