I hope she takes a moment to reflect and adjust her attitude, as it directly impacts how customers perceive the business. I left very angry , idk why she wanted to respond with “ it’s not my fault you couldn’t hear me “ really ?! Is this how employees of McDonald’s act now a days ?! Like you guys are still employed with that nasty attitude ?! I hope she finds something that suits her better , if you are miserable working there … maybe you shouldn’t work there.

- JLJohn LeeDec 10, 20251.0I ordered via the mobile app sit at the drive thru speaker for 15 mins no one answered the speaker but on the other lane it kept moving then I got tired of sitting I proceeded to move to the first window the lady at the window took my mobile code and then when I get to the window the cashier wanted told me to pull up I told her no I wasn’t going to pull up then the manager came to the window and told me if I wasn’t going to pull up then she wasn’t going to give me the food I payed for and that she was going to call the cops on me so I decided to pull up bc I was tired and just ready to get home
