Likewise I anticipated that most servers would be working on their closing checklists so I didn't expect great service. I was mistaken. Every single staff member was kind, attentive, and didn't make me feel even the slightest bit rushed. Miranda was phenomenal and had an upbeat and infectiously positive attitude. The food was delicious. I had the Grande Taco Salad with chicken and it was very nicely prepared. Like most restaurants, OTB's menu is smaller than it used to be, but there are still some excellent options to choose from. This particular location is one the company can be very proud of. The staff cannot receive enough praise.

What do they provide that Taco Bell, Taco Casa or Rosa's don't? What uniqueness do they bring t o the dining environment? Nothing, the answer to both questions. Don't go if you want good food and / or a good value.

Most places don't do that like they used to) or get takeout. Takeout is good because I get three dozen tortillas and my cheese dip all to myself. I'm probably known as the tortilla lady...and I'm okay with that!
