This was our first experience and it was outstanding!! Garlic Knots are the right mix of crispy and doughy and marinara was an awesome complement. The Kevin McCallister and Popper both were hitters. Cheese Pizzas offer little to hide behind and this one deserves the spot light. Amazing crispy crust with a good chew and a great blend of sauce to cheese. The Popper, was just perfection.

Maple Street Pizza Co. aims to be the best pizza in town, and peoples' enthusiasm for it is not without good reason! The place was slammed (by our definition) so we decided it would be faster to take our order to go. We placed our order, ran an errand, and by the time we were back to pick up the pizza, the restaurant had cleared out enough to grab a seat at the counter. So we stayed and ate there instead. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We were particularly impressed with the hostess who knew how to jump in, communicate thoroughly, and take care of business. There was a slight misunderstanding with our order, but it was fixed immediately, and our food was presented to us as if we never originally intended to take it to-go. My only criticism is the cheesy bread. It's just cheese on dough: no extra flavor (garlic, herbs, etc.), so the marinara dip was heavily utilized. Unfortunately, the small cup we received wasn't sufficient. The pizzas had very strong flavors. I'd almost like to see them take a "less is more" approach to some of the flavor combos. However, the menu offers many appealing options, and we're excited to try more! Overall, for those that haven't tried it (and don't mind the trek to 119th & Maple) we highly recommend it!
