We arrived at bagel haus at 10:07 this morning, ordered two bagels and a bag of their discounted ones as well. Only to have waited 40 minutes for our two bagels, to be toasted. We ended up getting our bagels at 10:47. This not only happened to us but also every customer that was in. The woman who served us our bagels was pretty apologetic, took our names and and offered us a coupon. I’m glad that they recognized the problem but this wasn’t the first time we had to wait long for our order. Last time it was 20 minutes. We try our best to be patient, we know customer service jobs sometimes have set backs. But please whoever the higher ups are you need a better process to make orders and get them out on time. For those looking to visit, it’s a good place but just go to their farmers market location in downtown every Saturday. It’s quicker and better worth your time then to visit the store if you’re looking for breakfast or lunch.
