That time came and went with no update. At 8:10 PM, I called the store and was told the driver “just left,” even though the online tracker still showed my order as “in preparation.” When I asked for an updated ETA or any kind of compensation, the employee repeatedly went silent and eventually offered only $2, which felt dismissive considering how late the order was. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to answer and hung up on me. I called back and was placed on hold, and after avoiding the question again, she finally said her name was “Courtney,” but her behavior made that questionable. My order didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM—well over an hour after I ordered. The lack of communication, the unprofessional attitude, and the way I was treated as a customer were completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be ignored, hung up on, or spoken to this way.
