The young lady working the front clearly didn’t want to be there—her attitude was negative from the start, and she acted like talking to customers was a burden. I stood waiting for about five minutes before she even came out to greet anyone, and there were four or five other people waiting too. She was the only one working, but instead of trying to help quickly or communicate, she seemed more focused on getting tips than actually serving customers. Two couples walked out because the wait was so long. I stuck around, but honestly wish I hadn’t. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a national chain.
