When I went in to ask about my order the manager last was just telling around had customers just walking in back trying to help, the shift lead looked over whelmed. One of the workers was just being so ride I asked him about my order and he said it will be done when it gets done. He was not trying to hear me say I had been parked for over an hour. Finally the over whelmed employee took my receipt and started bagging my food he threw in some cookies but the rest of the food had been sitting for a while and I was missing a spicy McChicken it was chaos.

The person taking the orders through the drive-thru was extremely rude. Apparently my food was done well before it got to me in the drive-thru, because by the time they gave it to me, it fries were cold and soggy and the sandwich was cold as well. However, I wasn't about to have them remake it because I was afraid I would have ended up there another 30 minutes! Even though I drive through Pratt very often, I will NEVER go back to this McDonald's.
