Unfortunately, this is the closest and most convenient McDonalds. They are constantly getting our orders wrong. Yesterday, I went through for breakfast and ordered a small sprite and breakfast sandwich. I was given my drink and bag at the window and went on to get on the highway for an appointment. When I reached to my back, I realized I was given a single hash brown instead of the breakfast sandwich. After a few tries to call the restaurant, I spoke with the general manager named Matthew. I informed him that I was given the wrong item and that I would just like credit to replace it Since I was unable to turn around to go address the issue. The general manager, let me know that it's a two-way street there and that I have the responsibility to check my order before I leave. He was totally unapologetic and polite and basically was saying it's the responsibility of the consumer to make sure their order is right. I'm sorry I don't work at McDonald's and I've never applied there so forgive me if I failed to do my job at a place I don't even work at. He also let me know that if I was so dissatisfied, I could go to a different McDonalds. Like what kind of manager is that? You shouldn't work in hospitality if that is your attitude. Instead, you should be apologetic- "I'm sorry we got that wrong, I would love to fix it" instead of encouraging people away from your business seems like a more appropriate approach. This place needs some serious re-vamping and training. If you choose to go here. Make sure you do your due diligence and check your own order before pulling off, since it's hard for the ones that work there to do it.

They won't give every dine-in customer a table locator number and bring food to them, but for some dine-customers, they'll put food in a bag or on a tray and expect you to come to the counter and get it. They discriminately decide who they'll bring food to and who they won't. Even the new manager does this. This is unorthodox, discriminatory and disrespectful but this is how they operate, In addition, now they won't give a small (4 oz) water cup to a customer if you ask for it, but they'll tell you they sell it for 25 cents. This is ridiculous. No other McDonald's nor restaurant does this, and it shows their lack of respect and gratitude to customers. This is an overpriced hamburger "joint" with poor quality food, and now they're charging for a very small water cup. In addition, their seats are dirty, and they should clean their seats before they start charging for a water cup! They're not deserving of customers. I'll never return. I don't know if the problem is the new manager or the franchise owner, but this is not a congenial place to go to.

Consistently horrible customer service. They regularly miss things ordered. I've never been able to get anyone at the store to answer their phone when I do have a problem. When I go back to get the items I've already paid for, never even get an I'm sorry, or any kind of remorse. Only come to this store for bad service and cold fries. The are 2 other McDonald's father away from me with great customer service, it's worth the drive to miss this one.
