I got to the window and was faced with silence, as I watched the menu changed. went to walk in, the doors where locked and they stated they didn't open until 11am. ok, so then how did the multiple cars ahead of me order? wouldn't waste your time, energy, breathe or especially money at a location as so.

The help bends over backward to make the experience more than a fast food thing. I was in the store 2 times (1-alone, 2-family) and had the same care from different employees. I used to avoid the 11th street McDonald's. But no more. See ya soon!

I'm sure they have a great excuse though, they always do! Pulled around to see everyone chatting at the front counter. Only one reason for that, poor managment... If that's the extent they go to for customers, imagine what kind of cleaning actually happens! Enjoy!
