I was trying to place my order online and was unsuccessful due to connection issues, so I called in my order... to my surprise, I was charged a whopping $10 more for the same exact order I was trying to place online... when I expressed my frustration of the price difference I was given the lesser price...I also told them I would be in at a specific time to pick it up, but when I got there, they hadn't even started cooking it thinking I'd be there an hour later... they grabbed the uncooked yet prepared pizza and pt it in the oven... my problem with all this is, since I called the order in an hour before I came in (the time I said I'd be there) and it was prepared but not cooked yet because they thought it's be there yet another hour later, HOW LONG HAD MY PREPARED YET UNCOOKED PIZZA SAT, OR WOULD HAVE SAT BEFORE IT WAS COOKED... my guess is it sat for about an hour before I came in ahead of when they thought I would, so if I'd have come in when they thought I said I would it would have sat for a total of almost 2 hours ready to be cooked!!!
