15 minutes I sat at the front window. Are you serious? Then I have to get someone's attention for someone to figure out what I'm there for... You ask me. to move up there, how have you forgotten? Awful

I made an order had to wait for it to come thru fine I waited. But I got 1/2 my order and called immediately after getting home. And I get on the other line do u want the food or your money back...I ordered food for a reason right, its dinner I want the food. One Hispanic lady kept talking in what I am assuming is spanish..TALK ENGLISH in front of me as I don't speak any other language and I know you speak it. Anyway, she kept apologizing and I finally told her it was her fault because she is the one who made the order..I HAD TO GO HERE 3 TIMES FOR THIS ORDER.. how would u feel?

Slow service and bad question answering! Will be complaining and was dissuaded from buying because of low quality of phone service. I called these people up at the end of a cross-country road trip and considered going here, but found that they couldn't with sufficient speed answer questions about Big Mac cost. As well, it took forever to get them to answer
Please keep driving! Other McD locations have MUCH better service

If you plan on getting food after 6pm make sure you have 30 minutes extra in case. I went through the drive thru being only to cars in line. I paid at 6:30 pm and got to the window and was told to pull forward. It’s a normal thing at time so wasn’t a big deal. 30 minutes passed and I still was up front and no food. I had to park and go in to ask about my food. I showed the worker the receipt and told them I was waiting for 30 minutes and where was my food. He just went around the corner and picked it up and said “we just forgot here you go.” I asked since the food was cold if I could get it done again, he called a manager and I was told they couldn’t do that cause the order was filled. Before I left I checked my order to make sure it was at correct, it wasn’t. I let the manager know again and still got the same response. At this point I just had to accept my losses of food and brain cells and head home. It just surprised me how sometime I hear the workers say they work hard and need $20 an hour, when simple things still confuses them and they can’t even talk to people properly.
