The food is still a 10/10, but the servers don’t seem to care about customer service anymore. The wait times are also really long, and it’s clear the staff is not well organized. Hopefully, they can go back to how things were a few months ago, because the food is still great, but the customer service is a 0/10.

We asked for the avocado sauce and the server said no cause theres only 2 bottles in entire building and other tables had them. I got up to go grab the Togo ones they have and not a SINGLE table had a bottle of the sauce. She just didnt want to go get it. My entire plate was cold the tacos,rice,and beans as if they had been sitting on counter for a while. I was going to get a burrito to go but no one ever came back after they dropped off food. We had to go to front for ticket and there was only about 5 tables if that being used. This used to be my FAVORITE place id est there almost daily for lunch and if not atleast a couple times a week. Now I barely eat there once a month if that :(
