- PPPortiaJan 4, 20262.0I went through drive thru, my order wasn’t on screen so I got to window and asked him to repeat it. Sure enough, it was missing a drink as I suspected bc he was in a hurry. The next window, the lady seemed so confused telling me this wasn’t my order. I explained it was definitely my order and I was just waiting on a frappe. She stared at the monitor and then finally understood I had my food. Brought me my frappe. I asked for a fork, she yelled back for a fork. She handed to to me and this lady, I swear, hates her job. She was not enthused to be there or to be conversing with me. I drove off irritated by all of their lack of joy in life. I get back on the highway and my sprite was just carbonated water. My fries were old. We are traveling so it just wasn’t worth it to go back. I thankfully had a cooler with drinks in it. And napkins don’t exist at this McDonald’s I guess.

My wife and I spent 40 minutes just trying to eat and get out. The service was disorganized, inattentive, and extremely slow. It felt like no one was paying attention to the customers, and our simple visit turned into a frustrating ordeal. We left feeling disappointed and will not be returning. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our visit.
