  Promt polite cashier. Nice clean areas. Food was hot and and the frappe was awesome.... Downside....Internet was nonexistent. We couldn't use McDonald's app. Prices are 20% higher than other McDonald's in a 30 mile radius. A honest review.

  There was a play place. When you order it takes them about 10 minutes to reach your car.

  I was traveling back home to NWI from Fort Knox,ky and it took 30 minutes after i ordered to get my food. Which i understand that they were busy and that didn’t bother me at all. They brought my food out to my table and managed to get my fries and drink on the table. But the lady slipped and dropped the rest of the food on the floor. She immediately apologized and said she will get new ones for us. My wife’s sandwich was good because it never came out of the box, but mine went splat on the floor and my daughter’s nuggets landed everywhere. I get accidents happen. I wasn’t even mad about it. I figured it would have been a somewhat close priority to get it out. It wasn’t. The original fries came out half cold half somewhat warm. 30 minutes later i finally asked where my food was and they had not even started it. I walked out and took a loss for what i paid for. Next time it is Wendy’s when I come through there.

  i had a really awful experience with one of the employees last night at 5918 State Road 43 North. the woman’s name was Maggie. i showed up about 11:30 last night and had redeemed my points for a free ice cream cone. i have seasonal depression and these months get really hard, so i wanted to treat myself to something small that would maybe make me feel better. i went through the drive thru, got my receipt, and when i got to the second window i heard this woman screaming about people ordering ice cream late before she approached the window and quite literally yelled at me, saying “we close the ice cream machines down at 11:00. so we can’t give you that ice cream. if you come during the day when the machines are operating, you can get your ice cream.” i’m not an employee, i don’t know the policies on when your stores are supposed to open or close the ice cream machines - and i also can’t control what is and is not available on the mobile app to order. i was just sad and wanted a damn ice cream cone to make myself feel better on an otherwise really shitty day. i almost broke down in tears because of how awful i felt for being such an inconvenience to this woman’s night by simply… ordering food off of the menu of the establishment she works at. i held my tears back and asked her if there was a way to revert or cancel my order and she told me “come back during operating hours tomorrow and tell them Maggie said we owe you a cone.” but to be honest, i was so embarrassed and uncomfortable during that entire interaction that i don’t think i ever want to go back to that location again. she was incredibly mean for what little of an issue was presented to her. i was nice the whole time i was at the drive box and the first window, for her to SCREAM at me the way she did over something as small as ice cream was so rude and unprofessional. i went home and cried over this and it’s still been bothering me all day today. thank you to anyone who is reading this and have a blessed day.
