    Website says it’s open 24/7 but they were closed, even though there were workers inside.

    I went through drive thru, and first off they have two different speakers and no one was answering the first one, they should have a sign on it or something. We get to the window and there’s no one behind us but we sit and wait maybe 3 minutes for the window to open so we can pay, the guy was monotone and no customer service at all, we get to our food, the girl doesn’t say a word to us, hands us the food, we thank her and she just shuts the window. We get our food, then! The bun is stale, it had just switched over to lunch so it made no sense why the bun was stale, the food was also cold too. Would not go here again after this.

    Absolutely awful. Cups did not have lids properly secured and spilled inside my car as a result, fries were mostly raw and cold, and my son's burger was not made as ordered. I had to practically beg for napkins to clean up the spill in my vehicle, and insist that the employee at the pick-up window dispose of the spilled cup--she initially refused. I've had better experiences when other people are working, but on this particular day, I think I would have had a better experience if I'd instead had a colonoscopy while wide awake.
