Firstly, the washroom was extremely dirty and had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made me feel sick. When I placed my order, I experienced further issues. The kiosk indicated that I would receive a medium fries and medium drink with my meal, but I was served a small fries instead, with no dipping sauce provided. On top of that, the bun of my chicken burger was burnt. The staff member at the counter also appeared disinterested and handed over my food with an unprofessional attitude. This entire experience was very unpleasant and far below the standards I expect from McDonalds. I kindly request that you look into these matters to ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all customers. I have waste of money usd 14.10 Thank you for your attention to this matter.
