Breakfast was disgusting. Biscuit was hard and dark brown. Bacon looked plastic and was overcooked. Hash browns was borderline crunchy. Get it together people 😡👎

The service here is absolutely terrible. I pulled up in the drive through and waited by the speaker. A voice said, "We are not taking orders now. Our system is rebooting." I watched the car in front of me get handed their food. I pulled up to the window and the girl had her back facing toward me. She finally turned around and opened up the window and said, "OUR SYSTEM IS REBOOTING AND WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS." Then she slammed it closed and turned her back to me again and just stood there.
So I parked and walked inside and there were people in line, getting their order taken. I said, "I was just in the drive-thru and told you guys aren't taking orders."
The girl at the front was actually nice and said, "ya, our system was rebooting, but I can take your order now."
I understand things happen with computers systems and that's okay. The girl at the drive-thru window was so rude and short for no reason. I was completely willing and happy to wait a couple minutes for you guys to get caught up. You guys didn't even let me ask how long it would be to reboot your system.
Literally the most rude customer service I've ever expirenced!
